It is important to note in the letter below that Hall admits that his office typed up the warrant, despite having an obvious conflict of interest. Hall also admits that the Pike County Attorneys office attempted to extort a false affidavit from Mischler.

Donald Kyle Deskins prepared this document without the Pike County child support office ever meeting with me.
