Mischler v. Commonwealth 08-CI-1039: Exhibits 1-5

[Editor Note: This document shows that child support personnel were ordered by Hall "not to redocket, interv[ene], set c[hild]/s[upport or] medical" against Jonah Stevens and this occured sometime around June 29, 2005. ]

[Editor Note: The date is important.]

[Editor Note: There is another more legible copy of this document in a later exhibit. Both this document and Exhibit 5 were sent to both the OAG and the Inspector Generals Office. Donald Kyle Deskins prepared this document without the Pike County child support office ever meeting with me. Then Deskins falsified the date to attempt to deflect that I had days before filed for KCHIP insurance for the children because Stevens had canceled their health insurance. ]

[Editor Note: This document filed in the CI case in December 2005 outlines not only medical neglect by Jonah Stevens, but criminal misdemeanor of nonfesance of duty by the Pike County Attorney. It also outlines the conflict of interest between Stevens and Hall]

[Editor Note: There are two copies of this document in the file due to it being both sent to the OGA and the Inspector General; both whom claimed neither had jurisdiction over county attorneys purposely failing to prosecute child support cases. The later copy is more legible. Howard Keith Hall states that his office is "in the process of withdrawing". However, never at any time has Hall ever actually withdrawn. ]
