amy, i hate to see that you are still going through this but there comes a time when you must think, "ok, my kids have been through enough"---isn't it that time. you are very smart and should use your knowledge for more things than plotting against your ex-husband (hasn't it been several years since your divorce?) take care

Please explain how standing up for your civil rights is "plotting against your ex-husband"? And to, you do know that he had me falsely arrested this past June/July. Should I just let that go, and say go spend up to a year to five years for a crime I didn't commit?

Also, please be advised this really isn't about me "getting back" at my ex. The Bible says vengeance belongs to the LORD. And I believe that everytime I see how spare my ex's hair is getting on his head. Moreover, I still pray for my ex often. I am not bitter, however I am not going to stand by and see my civil rights and my childrens civil rights violated.

People like Heather are oblivious. She's right as far as putting your children first, but I think she needs to be talking to your ex-husband. This "Heather" may be your ex-husband or someone affiliated with him. I read where you stated a judge said you were paranoid, noo, you're far from being paranoid. This stuff happens to poor people.

Anyway, I love the comment about your husband's hair. You have a great sense of humor, lol.

April 10, 2007 Hall Letter to Attorney Generals Office

It is important to note in the letter below that Hall admits that his office typed up the warrant, despite having an obvious conflict of interest. Hall also admits that the Pike County Attorneys office attempted to extort a false affidavit from Mischler.

Mischler v. Commonwealth 08-CI-1039: The Defendants

A Commenter asked what more could I do about the injustices being perpetuated against me; since I have already noticed the KY Supreme Court, AOC, Attorney General, and everyone else. Well, there are two things I am doing both based on Biblical principles. I am standing, and pressing forward. I stand on the word of God all the promises He gave, and I press forward in the courts through various avenues. One such avenue is the 1983/RICO/Malicious Prosecution filed in the Franklin Circuit Court on June 19, 2008. It is an extremely large complaint with nearly a hundred exhibits attached. It will take some time to post it online, however I will posting it in increments so that the words of it will be available for online searches throughout cyberspace.
