Mischler v. Commonwealth 08-CI-1039: The Defendants

A Commenter asked what more could I do about the injustices being perpetuated against me; since I have already noticed the KY Supreme Court, AOC, Attorney General, and everyone else.

Well, there are two things I am doing both based on Biblical principles. I am standing, and pressing forward. I stand on the word of God all the promises He gave, and I press forward in the courts through various avenues. One such avenue is the 1983/RICO/Malicious Prosecution filed in the Franklin Circuit Court on June 19, 2008. It is an extremely large complaint with nearly a hundred exhibits attached. It will take some time to post it online, however I will posting it in increments so that the words of it will be available for online searches throughout cyberspace. So, to help me you can do multiple searches on key words and come back to this page which will raise the profile.
