Mischler v. Commonwealth 08-CI-1039: The Defendants

A Commenter asked what more could I do about the injustices being perpetuated against me; since I have already noticed the KY Supreme Court, AOC, Attorney General, and everyone else. Well, there are two things I am doing both based on Biblical principles. I am standing, and pressing forward. I stand on the word of God all the promises He gave, and I press forward in the courts through various avenues. One such avenue is the 1983/RICO/Malicious Prosecution filed in the Franklin Circuit Court on June 19, 2008. It is an extremely large complaint with nearly a hundred exhibits attached. It will take some time to post it online, however I will posting it in increments so that the words of it will be available for online searches throughout cyberspace. So, to help me you can do multiple searches on key words and come back to this page which will raise the profile. Here is the site where you can upload the first half of the complaint: http://www.box.net/shared/bdzkoe1jnm COMMONWEALTH OF KENT...

A Cold Day in Hell

(This isn't fiction. This actually happened to me.) I can honestly say I have spent a cold day in hell. It happened this past July of 2006, which is typically the hottest month of the year. In June, the month before July, I had filed a grievance with the Kentucky Attorney Generals Office. For a year, the Pike County Attorney Howard Keith Hall refused to move forward with a child support request against my ex husband, and Halls child hood friend and fellow Bar member, attorney Jonah Stevens. In frustration because Stevens would periodically drop our children's health insurance; I researched on the internet to find a way to make Hall do something. The Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts website stated that if a citizen had problems with a prosecutor, they were to file a grievance with the Attorney Generals Office to the Prosecutors Advisory Council. I did just that. I sent an email to the Attorney Generals Office addressed to the Prosecutors Advisory Counsel. Wit...
